I started in sterile processing — decontamination in Cincinnati. Not strategy. Not finance. The floor. I spent twelve-plus years building SurgiHealth Solutions from that foundation into a revenue-generating product company — sterile processing brushes, tags, guards, and infection control infrastructure sold to hospitals, ASCs, and GPOs. That work taught me that most companies don't have a strategy problem. They have a structure problem — and the people who usually get called to fix it have never actually run anything.
Today I build operating systems — ClarityComply in healthcare, ClarityOS as the methodology itself. The same discipline in both: authority that's mapped, margin protected by design, complexity compressed at the source. When I engage with a founder, I'm not presenting findings at the end of a process. I'm inside the structure with the team, rebuilding it while it runs.
